• Garden Maintenance: weeding, pruning, adding amendments, adding soil, pest control, seasonal plant care

• Weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly maintenance plans available

Garden Refresh

• Seasonal garden refresh includes pulling spent plants, weeding, adding compost, planting fresh plants for the new season

Coaching

• Coaching you through any process of gardening via email, phone call, video chat

• Examples: seed starting, transplanting, soil sourcing, planting specs, irrigation needs, etc

Neuromuscular Restoration Muscle Testing

• Neuromuscular Restoration is a manual muscle test that helps us pinpoint if there is a disconnect between the nervous system and your muscles.

  Similar to how your home has a breaker box. If a fuse is blown you determine where it is and turn it back on.

  The muscle testing allows us to see where the "blown fuse" is to reconnect it and retrain it so that the brain and muscles are communicating properly.
